1.  All personal information that we collect to fulfill your specific request, etc. will not be shared or sold to third parties. We reserve the right to use your information to inform you of new products and special promotions. 2.  Viewing pages on our site does not cause private information about you to be recorded. We do not use "cookies" to track where you go or what you do. We do collect statistics to track the number of visitors to our site, what pages are accessed, etc. to help us improve our website content and design.

3.  All credit card information is collected using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) secured server. This information is used for order processing and will be destroyed upon completion of the order. As stated above though, we reserve the right to use your address to inform you of new products and special promotions. 

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. If our privacy policy changes in the future we will post such changes at this location on our website. Any data collected from that time forward will be subject to our new policy. But we will not use data collected prior to a policy change for any new purposes.

   Return Policy

 Items purchased may be returned within 10 days of the original invoice date. All returned items must be in saleable condition with the customer paying for postage. Please include a copy of the packing slip and reason for the return.

 1)  Refunds are for merchandise only, shipping & handling fees cannot be refunded.

 Damaged Books

 ·        Damaged Book Policy. If you receive a damaged book from Jireh Publishers: (1) Email us at TBrown@jirehpublishers.com within 2 working days of receipt of the shipment. You must provide the invoice number and the quantity damaged. Please put in Subject Heading “Damaged Book/s”.  Once the damaged book is returned, a credit will be issued to your account and you will be re-invoiced for the replacement copy.

Since Jireh Publishers cannot be responsible for lost packages or damages that occur during shipping, we strongly recommend that, for your own protection, you send your return by an insured method.

 We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

A. Tapes may not be returned.

B. Any book that has obvious signs of use.

C. Any item that is not in its original condition, is

   damaged, or is missing parts.
